15 William is a downtown Manhattan condominium property, wanting to appeal to a family-oriented consumer, and within their building renovations they wanted to rebrand and reposition their place in the retail estate market.

For that we delivered a communications platform that spoke to a renewed sense of optimism and transparency with "Downtown Updated". This laid the foundation for all creative development including an overhaul of the building name, visual identity, advertising campaign and all marketing materials.
